Every piece from Plot Twist Trinkets is crafted with care — and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different style or size within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift sets that have been opened (e.g., The Sidekick Charm Necklace Gift Set)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately — and in these cases, return shipping is on us.
Gift Returns If you received a Plot Twist Trinkets piece as a gift, we're happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Return shipping costs apply.
